By purchasing a product, program, coaching service, course, or other offering from Allison Henderson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payments & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment plan selected at checkout. Choosing a payment plan does not constitute a subscription that can be canceled before the remaining payments are made.
Purchases may not be transferred to another person unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Coaching & Services
Allison Henderson provides coaching, education, strategy, and support based on professional experience, training, and knowledge.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, implementation, decisions, effort, business circumstances, and other factors outside of Allison Henderson's control.
No specific financial, business, personal, or other results are promised or guaranteed.
Any specific terms provided on a sales page, checkout page, contract, or offer description, including timeframes for using coaching calls or support, are considered part of the terms of that purchase.
Digital Products & Courses
Digital products, courses, trainings, recordings, templates, guides, and other downloadable or online materials are for the purchaser's personal use only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, distributed, or provided to another person without written permission from Allison Henderson.
Due to the digital nature of these products, purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Scheduling & Unused Services
Any coaching calls, support periods, or other services must be used within the timeframe specified for the offer at the time of purchase. 2-Hour Deep Dive must be used within 30 days of purchase date. For a 3 month 1:1 coaching program, call calls must be used during the 3 months allocated unless Allison Henderson specified otherwise in writing.
Unused calls, coaching time, messaging support, bonuses, or other services do not have a cash value and are not eligible for refunds.
Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, trainings, courses, worksheets, recordings, written materials, frameworks, and other content created by Allison Henderson remain the intellectual property of Allison Henderson unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an offer gives you permission to use the materials for your own personal or business development. It does not transfer ownership or give you permission to reproduce or sell the materials.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, business practices, and results.
Agreement
