I am a wife (over 20 years together) and a mother of a 9-year-old and 4-year old (both little girls). I have a BA in Telecommunications with a focus in Sales & Promotion. I worked in Chicago managing & selling events for nearly 8 years. I worked at the top rated radio stations that lead me to work with national brands like Dunkin Donuts, Miller Lite, Bud Lite, and more. I decided in early 2018 to quit my corporate job to pursue finding my true self through travel.
Now, I am a certified Life Coach from the Universal Coaching Institute and a Reiki Practitioner. I have taken multiple business courses, life coaching programs, traveled around the world to retreats, and attended countless webinars/seminars to absorb everything I need, to be the best coach I can be.

In the past 5 years, I have worked with hundreds of female coaches, in a variety of industries, teaching them how to make money and get clear on their sales and marketing strategy. I have a unique way of looking at business through spirituality, growth mindset practices, and energetics which has helped me & my clients grow her business with flow and trust.

More About Me
My name is Allison Henderson. I started this AMAZING journey because I wanted to motivate & encourage adventurous moms to live their best life. I am a life/business coach who empowers women around the globe to start businesses, live a fulfilling joyful life, and go from mediocre to EPIC.

My coaching path started around 9 years ago when I was so lost and stuck. I felt like I completely lost a side of myself. As a new mom, at the time, I wasn't sure what I truly wanted to do with my life. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't happy. I knew I had a passion for travel, helping people, teaching, and living life on my terms.
​
I decided to start seeing a coach. This woman completely changed my life. I went from stress-ball to spiritual all within a few months. I did 1-on-1, as well as, group coaching with her. After completing my trainings, I finally was able to slowly move towards my true self. I quit my corporate job, went traveling with my family, decided to become an online English teacher and fully embodied my true identify.

So, how did I become a coach? After months of teaching, I was being pulled towards a bigger mission. I knew there was more to this life. I felt it in my soul that my purpose was much bigger than what I was currently doing. I began to examine my life as a whole. I started to see so many signs to become a coach. I had followed numerous coaches online and one had suggested a life coaching certification course. I took the plunge and studied my butt off. In August 2018, I officially launched my coaching portion of my website. For the first time in years, I felt completely in alignment and knew this is exactly what I was supposed to be doing.
